Licensed & Experienced Captains
Operations are led by appropriately licensed captains with extensive experience in Galveston Bay and Gulf waters. Crew assignments are based on the vessel and scope of work.
Insured Operations
B&B maintains commercial marine insurance appropriate to its operations. Certificates of insurance and client-specific documentation can be discussed during contracting when required.
Permits & Legal Operations
Our charter operations maintain required state and federal authorizations applicable to the vessels and trips offered. Project-specific requirements are reviewed before accepting an assignment.
Vessel Safety Equipment
Each vessel carries safety and navigation equipment appropriate to its operation and regulatory requirements. Equipment and client-specific safety needs can be reviewed during project planning.
Weather & Captain’s Authority
Marine conditions can change quickly. The captain retains final authority over vessel movement and onboard safety. Routes, schedules or trips may be changed, delayed or canceled when conditions or operational factors require it.
Project Coordination
Commercial clients should identify a project lead and provide mission details, equipment information, personnel requirements and any applicable safety procedures before mobilization. Clear communication helps everyone begin the operation with the same expectations.
Documentation requests
If your organization requires a certificate of insurance, W-9, vendor setup, safety briefing, confidentiality agreement or other project documentation, include that requirement with your inquiry.
